About Hibiscus North CRG
We are looking for more volunteers to help improve emergency support in Ōrewa and Red Beach.
We are a group of locals working together to help our communities plan for emergency events. We are building a network of connected residents, neighbourhoods and community groups who can support our communities when it matters most.
Whether it is preparing for power outages, storms, flooding and other emergencies, we are here to help build knowledge, confidence and emergency planning across the area.
With natural disasters happening more often and the unique hazards we face in our region, it is vital that we come together to support one another.
Our mission is simple: locals supporting locals.
